What A Busy Summer!
Coming soon---3S and Friends Sale, Okie Extravaganza, Hunt County Fair, 
TJBA State Show and the "All American".

With all the activities involving Brahman Cattle and Enthusiast we have not able to attend every event.
Here are some of the activities we were able to attend.

Texas Junior Brahman Show
Tyler, TX June 18, 2010
 

We were able to visit with the Texas Youth and their Parents and Advisors
on Showmanship day.


All the classes had great kids showing their animals..

We were very proud of Lauren Bailey showing her Martin sired Lindley Brahmans Heifer.
Heifer and owner are novices at showing.  Both are doing great in a short time.

 

 

Thanks to Bailee McDonald, both Savannah and Blaine were winners in the pee wee Showmanship division.

Neither of these kids are intimidated by these big heifers.

 

 

 

 

 

I found one of the most popular spots in the barn.

The Slushee Machines.
Thanks so much for the icyee cold drinks.

 

The apple never falls from the tree.  Once there's Brahman in your blood you pass it on.

Another example -- baby Kyka Milolajchad.  She will follow in her Mom's footsteps and become a great Brahman Showwoman.

 

I didn't get as many pictures as I should have .  Too hot and talking.
i will try to do better next time.

Hunt County Fair
Greenville, TX   June 12

This event is close to home.  i took lots of pictures because my grandchildren participated.

Blaine helped Mom show "Cowboy".  He knows
what to do but isn't quite stout enough to go it alone.


Savannah has the technique down.  She turns eight
in August and is ready to get into the ring.

    

   Everyone was hot and tired.
   Blaine had the right idea.
   Even the cattle were quite in their stalls.
  
   We all had a great time.
   Brahmans mean Fellowship, Fun, Food.
         
        Great Cattle and Better Friends.
