Joey was all business at the Texas Junior Brahman Show in Beaumont.
The only pictures I could get were as participants traveled in front of me.  All of the 'placings' were across the arena.

These Brahman guys know how to dress for Prom.
The lucky young lady is Amanda Cole.
Way to go Joey, Amanda looks stunning.
I think you two made a handsome couple.

Joey---Gran was able to show your heifer "OK".
Sorry you had to miss the fun and activities.

A little trick everyone needs to know is haul your show heifers as much as you can before going to the Show.  Miss Tracey and Gran Pat came to  pick Tracey a calf, but Joey's heifer got a free ride for practice.

June 8,   Joey sent this picture of his new heifer along with a short note.  
Joey has been working with his heifer every morning since school has been out.  He reported her dehorning surgery was healing nicely.

               Good luck this summer.

The best view of the show heifer prospects is to drive out right in the middle of the pastures.  I got good pictures of Joey, Kevin and Pat, sorry Joe you were riding with me.

Ms Pat was trying to get this fancy little heifer to come to her.
She will be ready in a few months.
